With a team of more than 20 people across the three locations, WAVS recently worked closely with Harmonise HR on all aspects of a significant strategy of structural change for the business. This involved working onsite alongside the WAVS team to ensure the smooth transition and the successful implementation of the new structure. Harmonise HR has worked closely with the directors and management team of AHLG on a range of HR matters, including developing a staff handbook covering policies and procedures, preparing a workplace health & safety manual, writing position descriptions and running regular workshops and training in HR fundamentals. At their home base in Melbourne, The Rabbit Doctors operate the world’s largest rabbit hospital. Their dedicated veterinarians have been providing a gold-standard service to patients and clients since 2013 and Harmonise HR is proud to support them in all HR matters. Some of our recent services have included end-to-end recruitment for a new Operations Manager. We wrote the position description, arranged advertising, assessed applications, short-listed applicants for interviews and prepared on-boarding documentation. We also worked with The Rabbit Doctors on a new staff handbook and presented training workshops, giving the dedicated vets more time to care for their four-legged patients.
