They are passionate about building strong and positive long-term relationships with their clients, working closely with them to understand the whole picture of each client’s HR needs.
Both come from Celtic backgrounds, Dave from Ireland and Donna from Scotland, so they share similar values and backgrounds and a keen sense of humour. Originally good friends and now partners in business and life, they have worked and lived together for over ten years.
